Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks was an American actress, best known as Joan Holloway. She played her role for seven seasons of AMC's time-travel drama Mad Men from 2007-2015. Her work in the series received her critical acclaim as well as six Emmy nominations for the best supporting actress category. Her career, which spanned nearly 20 years, included appearances in the comedy crime series Tin Star as well as Kevin Hill's legal drama. Her appearances are featured in movies like Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River and the Neon Demon, The Strangers : Prey at Night Egg and American Woman. Also, she's recorded her voice on animations such as From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 or Scoob! Her career began in modeling and continued through the years, until her first appearance as an actor on TV in Undressed which was a 1999 TV show. Her first substantial role came on the comedy drama Beggars and Choosers following which she also was praised for her role in the popular show Firefly. In 2010 she was voted the most sexy woman on the planet and also the best-looking woman on the planet in America by Esquire magazine.
